It includes two-hole mounting brackets and a metal reflector inside. The rear label confirms the supplier code and OEM part number, and the bulb socket is compatible with H8/WSW bulbs, matching the OSRAM H8 connector. The lens shows moderate surface scratches and some clouding, but all mounting tabs are intact and there are no visible cracks or structural damage.
