The BorgWarner blue tag is present, showing the supplier part number and OEM number, and casting numbers 16 and 21 are visible on the housing. The mounting flange has gasket residue, and there is surface rust on the bolts and flange. The actuator and all mounting points are intact, with no visible cracks or broken parts. The turbo is used, showing typical wear and oxidation on the metal surfaces.
